The site-wide minimum withdrawal is RM25. This credit pays out 5% of the balance and RM50 at most, so a successful claim ends in a single withdrawal of RM5 to RM50.
Say your RM5 grows to RM130. You withdraw, RM6.50 (5%) reaches your bank account and the other RM123.50 is removed. From a balance of RM1,000 or more you receive the RM50 maximum. If the balance never reaches RM100, nothing can be withdrawn from this credit.
