Every bonus card lists its own rules. When a claim is refused, the reason is almost always one of these.
Free credit and some other offers can only be claimed when your wallet is nearly empty. The card shows the limit in its NOTIS TUNTUTAN row: below RM0.10 on most cards, and RM0.30, RM0.50 or RM1 on a few. Claim once your balance is below that amount.
Each card has a claim limit in its HAD TUNTUTAN row, for example once a day (X1 / HARI), once per account (X1 / ID) or once a month (X1 / BULAN). You can claim it again only after the limit resets.
Claim a deposit bonus straight after your deposit, before you open any game. Once you enter a game, the bonus for that deposit can no longer be claimed. The site reminds you before each game opens.
Check the MIN. DEPOSIT and KAEDAH DEPOSIT rows. Some bonuses need a minimum amount, and some do not accept telco PIN deposits.
Each card says what it cannot be combined with: deposit, another bonus, free credit, rebate or commission. If one of those is still on your balance, finish it first.
While a bonus is active, only the games it allows can be played; for most bonuses that means slot games. The other tabs are greyed out until the bonus terms are met.
